Warranty Policy
Thank you for choosing Verdure Patio & Comfort for your patio heating needs. We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to providing our customers with outstanding service. This warranty policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from our store can be returned or replaced. To be able to add a warranty to your item you must go to accessories and find your warranty of choice and add it to cart. Keep in mind that if you order more than 2 items the warranty would only cover 1 item, so you would have to add another warranty to your cart for the item as well if you would like all your items covered by warranty.
Warranty Period: Our patio heaters are covered by a warranty for 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Eligibility: To be eligible for service under this warranty, customers must provide the following:
- A valid proof of purchase from our store.
- A detailed description of the issue experienced.
- Clear video or photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
Coverage: This warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
- Damage from external causes such as storms, fires, or floods.
Claim Process: To submit a warranty claim, please follow the steps below:
- Contact our customer service team at our warranty contact page with your proof of purchase, detailed description of the issue, and your video/photo evidence.
- Upon receipt of your claim, our team will assess the evidence and determine the validity of the claim.
- If the claim is approved, we will inform you about the next steps regarding repair or replacement.
Limitations: This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of products as stated above. Verdure Patio & Comfort is not responsible for indirect losses or damages arising from the use of the product.
